Payment Policies
Refund Policy.
Our turnaround times are guaranteed. We offer a full refund if your content is delivered after the promised date (not including initial deposit).
We are not able to offer refunds for qualitative reasons, as this could be easily misused. When you work with us, you can be assured of diligence, timeliness, creativity, and cinematic images.
Turnaround times.
The turnaround time will always be specified at the time of booking. As a general rule, please allow for longer turnaround times given the extent and intricacy of the given job.
Please note: our refund policy is based on the first version of the deliverable that we send. Subsequent revisions to the work would not qualify, since this could be easily misused.
Nonrefundable Deposit.
For the majority of jobs, we ask that one-third of the total costs be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is nonrefundable, since it reserves the day on a calendar and covers the time we spend filming.
For jobs under $600, we do ask that the entire amount be paid at the time of booking. However, we offer a full refund to this amount if the content is delivered after the promised date.
Revision Policy.
The first version of the deliverable will be sent to the client as a 720p video with a watermark of our logo via Dropbox. The client is then able to offer feedback and suggestions. We will always integrate feedback into the work to the best of our ability.
Please note: if there are specific shots/images/sequences desired by the client for the project, the client should notify us in advance of the shoot.
